The Hydrocephalus Society is an open community that encourages collaboration, partnerships and networking between all professionals related to the field of Hydrocephalus and CSF Disorders.

As a member of the Hydrocephalus Society, you will join a community of peers that fosters an environment of cooperation and works towards ensuring ethical, high-quality care for patients, and increasing awareness regarding Hydrocephalus and CSF disorders on a global scale.

This membership category applies to physicians, scientists, and engineers, in academia or healthcare, who have completed their training.

Members will be enrolled on an annual auto-renewal basis. Membership will automatically renew and be charged each year. The renewal will extend membership for an additional year, beginning immediately after the expiration of member’s current term.

Cost: 150€ per year.

This membership category applies to medical residents, fellows, and postdoctoral fellows who are currently in training and are not in a faculty position.

Members will be enrolled on an annual auto-renewal basis. Membership will automatically renew and be charged each year. The renewal will extend membership for an additional year, beginning immediately after the expiration of member’s current term.

Cost: 80€ per year.

This membership category applies to nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapist, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other allied healthcare professionals, as well as research technicians.

Members will be enrolled on an annual auto-renewal basis. Membership will automatically renew and be charged each year. The renewal will extend membership for an additional year, beginning immediately after the expiration of member’s current term.

Cost: 80€ per year.

This membership category applies to undergraduate, masters, medical, and PhD students who’s studies are self-funded or by their institution or a grant.

Members will be enrolled on an annual auto-renewal basis. Membership will automatically renew and be charged each year. The renewal will extend membership for an additional year, beginning immediately after the expiration of member’s current term.

Cost: 50€ per year.

Affiliate memberships are available to anyone from a Low-Middle Income Country (as defined by: World Bank Country and Lending Groups – World Bank Data Help Desk) who fulfill the criteria for any of the above membership categories.

Members will be enrolled on an annual auto-renewal basis. Membership will automatically renew and be charged each year. The renewal will extend membership for an additional year, beginning immediately after the expiration of member’s current term.

Cost: 30€ per year.

This membership category applies to retired seniors who fulfill, or previously fulfilled, the criteria for any of the regular membership categories.

Members will be enrolled on an annual auto-renewal basis. Membership will automatically renew and be charged each year. The renewal will extend membership for an additional year, beginning immediately after the expiration of member’s current term.

Cost: 50€ per year.

Supporting membership is available to people having a special interest in the field of hydrocephalus and CSF disorders wanting to contribute with support to the Society and who are not eligible for regular membership. Examples include those with a history of academic interests that are now in industry, and patients/parents/relatives with a special interest in care. Supporting members may serve as voting members of standing committees of the Hydrocephalus Society but are not eligible to be officers of the standing committees and are not voting members.

Members will be enrolled on an annual auto-renewal basis. Membership will automatically renew and be charged each year. The renewal will extend membership for an additional year, beginning immediately after the expiration of member’s current term.
